Rates & Rental Policy

Please remember all renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay which requires repair.
We are available if a concern arises.
Discounts apply to the number of weeks rented...simply ask when booking.
A security deposit of $250.00 is required when booking.....make check payable to Jan Browning.
Payment of balance is due upon arrival. No personal checks are accepted unless received 14 days prior to arrival. Cash Only accepted at Check In.
Cancellation requires 30 days notice prior to arrival for a full refund (less $50.00 service fee).
12% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax applies to all rentals.
PETS are permitted with prior approval.
NO SMOKING (only outside).
Check in time is 3:00 pm with check out time 10:00 am.
There is a $75 cleaning fee and cleaning service is available for bi-weekly and/or monthly rentals upon request.
There is an additional charge of $100 per person over the 6 person limit.
Reservations are accepted via telephone, fax or email.
No Reservation is confirmed until deposit is received.
