• Please remember all renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay which requires repair.
• We are available if a concern arises.
• Discounts apply to the number of weeks rented...simply ask when booking.
• A security deposit of $250.00 is required when booking.....make check payable to Jan Browning.
• Payment of balance is due upon arrival.  No personal checks are accepted unless received 14 days prior to arrival.  Cash, travelers checks, cashiers checks, money orders and/or certified checks are accepted.
• Cancellation requires 30 days notice prior to arrival for a full refund (less $50.00 service fee).
• 12% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax applies to all rentals.
• NO PETS.....NO SMOKING (only outside).
• Check in time is  3:00 pm on Saturday with check out time 10:00 am Saturday.  
• There is a $75 cleaning fee and cleaning service is available for bi-weekly and/or monthly rentals upon request.
• Reservations are accepted via telephone, fax or email confirmations.
